Receiving your iOS devices for service and repair (iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch)

4. Remove protective foil and stickers

5. Requirements when sending your device for service with courier
When sending your device for service via a courier the package must be accompanied by information involving your full names, phone number and email address, in order for us to contact you, a short description of the problem and the necessary documents for a warranty repair (original payment receipt and warranty card). One of our employees will handle your device and send a service protocol to the email address that you have provided.
If the device is not yours and you are bringing it on behalf of another person, please provide the details of the problem, if there is valuable information and whether the function Find My iPhone is stopped.
Possible ways to pay for your device's servicing: Be prepared that with payment via EasyPay branch network, there is a commission of about 1% of the amount due. The specific value of the commission will be reported to you at EasyPay's office.
